Q: How long will it take to process my order?
We usually ship your order within 3 - 5 business days. We email you a tracking number when your order ships so you can easily track the package en route to you!
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping, but with every order, we do send gift bags (based upon the amount of items purchased).
Q: Can you rush my order at no extra cost?
We cannot rush your order at no extra cost, but because we highly value customer preferences, we are able prioritize your order processing if notify us via email @ email@example.com (NOTE: Orders are not fulfilled on weekends).
Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
We are dedicated to ensuring that all of your items arrive in excellent condition. If items arrive damage or the wrong order item is sent please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call (407) 302-0816 so we may assist you. Depending on the item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund (which will be issued to your original form of payment).
